<back     In Soweto, South Africa, students in two local high schools have been trained in computer literacy and subjects ranging from accounting to economics through the Microsoft and International Youth Foundation Initiative.

Designed to equip young people with technology skills through education and training, the program has targeted projects in South Africa, Poland, and the Philippines. Additional resources from Microsoft expanded the program into Russia, additional Asian countries, and Latin America.       next>
